PAYMENT QUESTIONS:

Any order will only be processed and shipped after we have received the payment in full.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit card, paypal, cash and bank bacs payments.

REFUNDS:

If your are illegible for a refund, it will processed using the same route your money took on your original payment. We only refund returned part in spotless condition.

DISCOUNTS:

We only offer discounts to trade professionals please contact the sales manager at diasduval@yahoo.co.uk

SHIPPING FEES:

When viewing any of our parts, you have the option of choosing your "country of destination" on the drop down tab, it will automatically calculate an estimated shipping fee. Once you have placed your item in the basket and chosen your country of destination, the shipping fees will be calculated accurately and these fees will be added to your order. If your country does not appear in our list or the shipping fees are not being automatically calculated for your destination, we will prepare a quote for you (2 to 3 days) as your destination is subjected to conditions.

DELIVERY QUESTIONS:

  • HOW DO YOU DELIVER?
    We use the best reliable courier companies in the business to deliver in the uk - europe and all over the rest of the world, offering a safe track able signed for parcel delivery service. We use only the best transport companies like: dhl – ups-parcel force - interlink express - tnt – yodel – hermes - city link – tuffnells and many others.
  • HOW DO WE SHIP OUR PARTS?
    We ship all our parts as brand new, never been used straight off the factory. All products are packaged in a new and pristine condition to our customer. We use appropriate material in order to protect our products during transport.
  • HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY BODY KIT PARTS?
    All parts are subjected to stock availability which are displayed on our website. If in stock, for the UK 1 to 3 days, Europe 3 to 5 days, outside Europe 4 to 10 days.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY GOODS ARE DAMAGED WHEN RECEIVED?
    Before signing and accepting the delivery, please ensure the goods are not damaged or faulty. Please decline the delivery if any issues are noticed. Failure to do so will result in extra charges to the buyer if a return is needed.
  • CAN I RETURN FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS?
    You can return any part you are buying from us providing it is in accordance with our « return policies « all returning goods must be brought to our attention on the day of delivery and returned in the same condition and packaging as received. All returns fees must be paid by the buyer or sent back at no charge if delivery is refused.
  • WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?
    Once your order has been shipped, the details will be emailed to you with a tracking number or by text.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE GOODS ARE OUT OF STOCK?
    All our parts are advertised with a stock availability as well as a dispatch time in working days. If you order a part not in stock on the day of your purchase you will be able to know how many days it will take us to dispatch your parts.
  • MY BODY KIT HAS SOME SCRATCHES AND SCRUFFS, IS IT DAMAGED?
    Not at all, any body kits are unfinished item, scruffs and scratches should be expected, as it comes straight out of the factory. Your body shop will prepare them for spraying and fitting.
  • CAN I GET MY PARCEL DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO MY BODY SHOP?
    Absolutely, you choose where you want it delivered.
  • CAN I COME AND COLLECT AND BUY THE PARTS AT YOUR WHAREHOUSE?
    Yes you can, providing you arrange an apointment and have the right amount in cash to pay for it.
  • IS MY ORDER NUMBER IMPORTANT TO KEEP?
    Yes, your order number is what we use to find you in our system, until you have received and are satisfied with your order please keep it safe.

FITTING QUESTIONS:

  • CAN I INSTALL THE PARTS MYSELF OR DO I HAVE TO GO TO A BODY SHOP?
    We strongly recommend to use the services of a trained body shop in order to install any body kit parts. We do not take responsibility for any issues in the installation process. No part should be fitted if they have not been checked for compatibility first.
  • CAN I RETURN THE PARTS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN MODIFIED OR SPRAYED?
    Not at all, we would only accept parts in their original state, if modified you will not be able to send them back.
  • DO THE BODY KITS COME PRE DRILLED?
    Some of our body kits comes pre drilled or with a fitting sytem but most of our body kit parts are designed to be fitted using a bonding glue, they are to be to be fitted by professionals only. Who will ensure first the parts are adequate before preparing it for installation.
  • DO THE BODY KIT PARTS COME PREPPED OR PRIMED?
    They do not come prepped, only the carbon fiber parts are finished items. All body kits are unfinished items that will have to be prepped and finished by a qualified body shop. The factory may use a coat of primer or gel coat as well as paint, as they take pride in producing a well finished item. This does however make all future prep work a lot easier as the surface are smooth and precise.
  • WILL MY BODY KIT PARTS FIT PERFECTLY?
    All our body kit parts are a direct fit for the model they are advertised as. Any qualified, experienced body shop should be able to install the parts and make them fit perfectly.
  • SHOULD I PROVIDE MY BODY SHOP WITH ANY SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS?
    A well qualified experienced body shop should not have any issues installing your body kit. However, all tech installation informations are available on our website.
  • DO THE BODY KITS COME WITH A MESH AS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITES?
    They do not. All our parts come without the mesh, which you will have to order separately.each parts gallery are displayed in two categories, first the part that you are buying and second the part fitted, in order to avoid confusion.
  • WHICH MATERIAL IS BEST, FIBER GLASS OR PLASTIC?
    All body kits are available in different material. It is always wise to ask your body shop what is his preferred material to work with, prior buying. From our experience, fiberglass is the best material to work with, it is generally cheaper, fits better offers room for modifications and is easily repairable.
  • ARE THE PARTS PAINTED?
    All our parts are sold unpainted. Straight out of the factory in their raw state (see pictures on each parts "the parts you are buying"). We may occasionally advertise painted parts on our websitte, these will be clearly displayed as painted items.
  • DOES ANY OF YOUR BODY KIT PARTS COME WITH A FITTING KIT?
    No they do not, all our parts are design to be either glued on or screwed in. All of which an experienced body shop is used to.
  • SHOULD I BOOK MY VEHICLE IN THE BODY SHOP OR TAKE TIME OFF WORK?
    We do not recommend to do so unless you have been given a accurate date for the collection of your goods or physically received your parts.
  • DOES THESE BODY PARTS HAVE ANY PERFORMANCE BENEFIT?
    All our body kit parts are made for an esthetic purpose only, they might offer extra performance but this is not in any way their main purpose.
  • DO THE SIDE SKIRTS - EYEBROWS - REAR CORNERS ADD ON COME IN PAIRS?
    Yes they do, we sell side skirts, eyebrows and rear corner add on as pair, one for each side.
  • CAN I INSTALL THE DOOR SILLS MYSELF?
    Yes you can, they are easy and straight forward to install.make sure the surface is cleaned with an alcohol based product first. Carry out a mock test first in order to find the optimal placement. The sills are provide with a sticky tape, once bonded it is impossible to remove them without damaging the sills.
  • I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL THE PART I HAVE BOUGHT FROM YOU?

  • I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED INSTALLATION?
    Once your body shop has installed and painted the parts on your vehicle it is up to you to discuss and demand answers from the person who has carried out the installation.
